If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree to use the Site solely to learn about our services, access educational content, and contact us for legitimate professional or business inquiries.

You agree not to:

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, training materials, the STAGES Method™ framework, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Sadiyyah Abdul, LMFT, and Technique Child and Family Counseling, Inc. and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The STAGES Method™ is a proprietary training framework. The name, acronym, materials, and methodology may not be reproduced, adapted, taught, sublicensed, or used in any commercial context without prior written authorization.

You may view and download materials from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. No other use is permitted without our express written consent.

4. Services & Purchases

4.1  Training Services

Bookings for training, workshops, consultations, and coaching services are governed by separate written agreements (including the STAGES Method™ Training Services Agreement and/or the 1:1 Performer Coaching Enrollment Agreement) which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the specific service agreement controls.

4.2 Digital Products & Resources

Any digital downloads, guides, templates, or other resources purchased or accessed through the Site are for your personal or organizational use only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use these materials to deliver your own training or programs without a written licensing agreement with us.

4.3 Refunds

All purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation policy set forth in the applicable service agreement. Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us within 7 days at [Email Address].

5. Email Communications & Marketing

By submitting your email address through any form on our Site, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your inquiry or purchase. If you opt into our email list, you consent to receive periodic newsletters, educational content, and promotional materials. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable California law governing commercial email.

6. User Submissions

If you submit any content to us through contact forms, email, or other means (including testimonials, feedback, or questions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content for business purposes, including marketing and educational use, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Sadiyyah Abdul, LMFT, and Technique Child and Family Counseling, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sadiyyah Abdul, LMFT, Technique Child and Family Counseling, Inc., and their respective agents, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any content you submit through the Site.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to participate in non-binding mediation before initiating litigation. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
