The STAGES Method™ is a proprietary training framework. The name, acronym, materials, and methodology may not be reproduced, adapted, taught, sublicensed, or used in any commercial context without prior written authorization.

You may view and download materials from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. No other use is permitted without our express written consent.

4.1  Training Services

Bookings for training, workshops, consultations, and coaching services are governed by separate written agreements (including the STAGES Method™ Training Services Agreement and/or the 1:1 Performer Coaching Enrollment Agreement) which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the specific service agreement controls.

4.2 Digital Products & Resources

Any digital downloads, guides, templates, or other resources purchased or accessed through the Site are for your personal or organizational use only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use these materials to deliver your own training or programs without a written licensing agreement with us.

4.3 Refunds

All purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation policy set forth in the applicable service agreement. Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us within 7 days at [Email Address].

By submitting your email address through any form on our Site, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your inquiry or purchase. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sadiyyah Abdul, LMFT, Technique Child and Family Counseling, Inc., and their respective agents, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any content you submit through the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to participate in non-binding mediation before initiating litigation. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
