About Sadiyyah Abdul- Mumin

Sadiyyah has been a therapist for over 15 years. For majority of her career she has provided services and treatment to teenagers struggling with a range of challenges but not limited to; depression, anxiety, victims of abuse and a variety of life stressors. Additionally, she specializes in supporting dancers and student-athletes struggling with continuing to do what they love and make their mental health a priorityAs a former competitively trained dancer, Sadiyyah  knows first hand the pressure of being an athlete and the impact of not prioritizing your mental health. Sadiyyah uses an integrative method to therapy which allows her to tailor sessions and use a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet a client’s personal needs. 

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Sadiyyah enjoys trying new restaurants, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
